The time management should set down the time distribution of work before the work is started for it to be effective. This was done with the timetables set out in the initial and interim reports. The author, now upon completion of the work, feels that these timetables and deadlines were ambitious considering the amount of work that was required and the level of work that was needed for other subjects. All the work that was intended to be done was so but some pieces possible not to the detail that the author was looking for.
